Not such a Knockout anymore! Bushy bearded Antonio Banderas loses his sex appeal

He's renowned as a slick, super-stylish, sexy, heartthrob. But while filming scenes in Barcelona for his new film Knockout, Spanish actor Antonio Banderas was anything but.
The 49-year-old star was spotted on set sporting a grizzly beard and dressed like a scruffy builder. Antonio, who is married to American actress Melanie Griffith, has been growing his very un-designer stubble over recent months, presumably for his role as a foreign agent.
But clearly the smooth-talking star is unlikely to set hearts racing in the action thriller, judging by his unkempt appearance.
The movie also stars Ewan McGregor, Michael Fassbender, Michael Angarano, Channing Tatum and Michael Douglas. It is being directed by the man behind Ocean's Eleven, Steven Soderbergh.
The movie will see American mixed martial arts fighter Gina Carano take on her first film role, playing a top-level private security operative who goes on the run after she learns that both her employer and her government have betrayed her. Bill Paxton has been brought on board to replace Dennis Quaid as the father of Carano's character. Meanwhile Banderas will play a foreign agent who somehow becomes involved in Carano's investigation.
